Arlington, VA – April 9, 2025 – Ideal Innovations, Inc. (I-3), a leading Biometrics and Forensics SDVOSB government contractor, proudly announces the appointment of Ed Kostrzebski as Chief Strategic Growth Officer. This new leadership role highlights I-3’s commitment to expanding its presence in federal markets by leveraging its renowned expertise in facial identification, biometrics, and forensics services.

With over 16 years of experience in government professional services, Mr. Kostrzebski has successfully spearheaded teams to secure multiple competitive bids and contract awards, totaling over $450 million in revenue across diverse accounts and domains. At I-3, he will play a pivotal role in crafting strategic plans, driving market expansion, and ensuring long-term business sustainability by harnessing cutting-edge biometric technologies and market insights. Mr. Kostrzebski will report directly to I-3 President Richard Syretz.

Mr. Kostrzebski joins I-3 with a wealth of leadership experience, having held progressive growth roles at GDIT and MetroStar. He began his career as an on-site program manager with SRA, working closely with government clients. At CSRA, he went on to lead a P&L business line of 200 employees.

A Marine Corps veteran and accomplished aviator, Mr. Kostrzebski boasts multiple overseas deployments and has served as a pilot for Marine One in the Presidential squadron. He holds an AB with honors from Harvard University, an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, and an MA in National Security Affairs with a focus on Middle Eastern Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School.
