Health and Welfare Benefits

Medical Coverage - Medical insurance covers health care costs for you and your dependents in the event of illness or injury. Both plans are PPOs-Preferred Provider Organizations and offer you coverage through a national network of participating providers.

Dental Coverage – Our dental insurance covers preventive, basic, and major treatment and services for you and your eligible dependents. Orthodontic benefits are available for you and your dependents.

Vision Coverage – The plan provides coverage to you and your eligible dependents for routine eye exams, quality frames and prescription lenses and contact lenses. This benefit is only available, if you enroll in one of the Medical plans.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) – The FSA benefit allows you to pay for certain health care and dependent daycare expenses with pre-tax dollars from your paycheck. A FSA offers tax savings by allowing you to pay for out-of-pocket expenses with pre-tax money.

Life Insurance – The company pays 100% for your life insurance coverage at 1 times your annual base salary. You may purchase additional life insurance coverage for yourself, your spouse, and your children.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance – The company pays 100% for your AD&D coverage at 1 times your annual base salary. AD&D insurance pays a benefit, if you are injured in an accident, lose a limb, sight, hearing, or speech, and death.

Short Term Disability (STD) – The company pays 100% for your STD coverage, which provides income protection in the event of an illness or injury that prevents you from working. Benefits begin on the 8th day of injury or illness and may continue with approval up to 12 weeks.

Long Term Disability (LTD) – The company pays 100% for your LTD coverage, which provides income protection in the event of an illness or injury that prevents you from working. Benefits begin on the 91st day of STD disability and may continue with approval, until you return to work.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – The EAP is a confidential, free or discounted service available to you and your family for assistance with financial, legal, family, and personal concerns.

 

Retirement and Savings Plan

401(k) Plan – The 401(k) Plan is a great way to save and invest in your future. The company offers a generous match, a well diversified investment portfolio, and the convenience of automatic pre-tax contributions deducted regularly from your paycheck.

Paid Leave

Holiday Pay – The company offers 10 paid observed and/or floating holidays per year for eligible employees.

Time Off – Each year employees are eligible for time off with pay, based on the length of service with the company.

 

Additional Benefits

Tuition Reimbursement – This program encourages employees to take advantage of opportunities that will assist them in the development of their job related skills and career development. Courses may be taken at any accredited college, university, or technical/trade school.
