As the Vice President of Contracts and Procurement, Ms. Enyart oversees a team of contracting professionals in the preparation, negotiation, acceptance, and management of all prime contracts and subcontracts throughout their lifecycle ensuring compliance with all US Government contract reporting requirements.
Additionally, she reviews and signs all outgoing proposals; contract/subcontract modifications for completeness, compliance and accuracy. She executes and administers Non Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements and evaluates Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) issues.
Prior to joining the company, Ms. Enyart worked for VT Aepco, Lockheed Martin, and Sytex, in support of the U.S. Army Material Command developing logistics and acquisition manuals and providing staff oversight of the Logistics Assistance Program. She also worked for Electronic Data Systems in various logistical consulting positions.
Ms. Enyart was an Ordnance officer in the US Army and served in various logistics positions stateside and in Germany and Central and South America. She served as a warranted contracting officer for the base operations contract supporting US Forces in Honduras, CA. Her final military assignment was as the Assistant Executive Officer in the Army G4 ODCSLOG, HQDA (Pentagon).
Ms. Enyart graduated a BS degree from Sienna Heights College in Studio Arts. Her military career includes graduation from Transportation Basic and Ordnance Advanced Courses, the Army Acquisition Basic and Advanced Courses, and the Command and General Staff College.
Derrick Spearman
Vice President, Security & Logistics and ISO QMS Management Representative
As the Vice President of Security and Logistics, Mr. Spearman is directly responsible for planning, developing and implementing all security and logistics policies and procedures for Ideal Innovations, Inc as well as the day-to-day functions of the department.
He serves as the direct link between I3, various government agencies and other cleared companies for all security and logistics related issues. He is keenly aware of security requirements and is experienced in the maintenance of the operational security of the facility, its mission, and methods used to control and protect national security information. He is solely responsible for the processes and execution of the global Supply Chain operation and has management responsibility for all program/project spending and logistical functions for I3.
As QMS Management Representative, Mr. Spearman reports directly to executive management and is directly responsible for the ISO process of the company. He coordinates meetings with the top management to review subjects such as the performance of various members of the company or its financial health. Mr. Spearman plans, arranges and undertake internal audits within Ideal Innovations, Inc. as well as external audits with outside certification agencies. He ensures the audit exercise happens in line with the requirements of the ISO that relate to management reviews and audits.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Spearman worked for McNeil Technologies, Inc. as the Facilities and Security Manager and American Systems Corporation as the Facility Security Officer (FSO).
Mr. Spearman is a United States Marine Corps veteran. In addition, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from National-Louis University.
Lora Sims serves as the Director of the Face Center of Excellence (FaCE) and a Biometrics SME. In this position, Ms. Sims coordinates all training classes as well as many other Face related activities within the company and also provides subject matter expertise on Biometrics for contracts and consulting/expert witness work. Ms. Sims is the current chair of the Digital Multimedia Scientific Area Committee (DM SAC) of the Organization of Scientific Area Committees (OSAC) for Forensic Sciences. She served as the chair of the Facial Identification Scientific Working Group (FISWG) from 2015-2022. She also sits on the IAI Facial Identification Subcommittee.
Ms. Sims joined Ideal Innovations, Inc. in 2008 as a Tenprint Examiner at the DoD DFSC, which transitioned into a Sr. Biometric Examiner comparing multiple biometrics (fingerprints, faces, and irises). In this position, she co-authored a training to competency program on facial identification & comparisons and is responsible for mentoring and training new employees through the tenprint and facial training program while integrating them into an operational environment.
